Dekken USA is proud to be awarded a US-representation for “RSG Automation Technics” (RSG).
RSG provides sewing automation concepts and finishing lines for the Textile Industry. They design and manufacture customized, special machines with patented monitoring solutions and sewing-units.
Their solutions can be semi-automatic or fully automated.
With RSG, the quality of the sewn product is not anymore dependent on the craftsmanship of an individual worker, but attributed to the intelligent design and programming of the machine; the operator simply refills supplies.
Production speeds are up to 5 times as fast as in traditional sewing operations, while the quality is always 100% identical, regardless who is operating the machine.
